What to think about before the call

The 6 things we'll ask you

  • What practice areas do you take? Which ones do you refuse?
  • What are the 3–5 questions you ask every new caller? (Injury type, dates, jurisdiction, retainer status, opposing party for conflict check.)
  • How should the AI book consults? (Clio, Calendly, Google Calendar, or just collect availability and you call back.)
  • What counts as a true emergency that should ring your cell? (Limitation period running out, arrest, custody emergency, etc.)
  • What tone? Warm and chatty, or crisp and lawyerly?
  • Who else should get the briefing email when an intake completes?
No prep required. Walk in and answer in plain English. We'll handle translating it into a working AI.

We build. You review when the daily test call lands.
